Born and raised in Paris, Texas, Jodie graduated from Paris High School in 2005. A very active student, Jodie was involved with FFA, Key Club, softball, volleyball, basketball, track and field, swimming, cheerleading and band.

Following graduation, Jodie received her Associates Degree in Science before moving to Dallas where she worked for CenseoHealth for 4-years. She then attended and graduated from Ogle Esthetician School and became a licensed esthetician and attended laser school at the National Laser Institute in Dallas.

After several years working as a medical aesthetician and laser technician, Jodie moved back to Paris, Texas, in 2019 to help her mother who was recovering from breast cancer. During this time, she decided to go back to school again, receiving her real estate license from Champion School of Real Estate.

Jodie began working for Nathan “Jim” Bell IV with Better Homes and Gardens – The Bell Group, formerly Nathan Bell Realtors, learning and making transactions in every aspect of real estate including residential, multi-family, commercial, and farm and ranch.

In 2024, Jodie decided to again go back to school, studying at Champion School of Real Estate to qualify for her broker’s license — which she passed on her first try.

Soon after obtaining her brokers license, Jodie and her husband, Lance Downs, had their formal wedding at Central Presbyterian Church on May 4, 2024, where she is a 7th generation of the church.

Jodie and her brother, Brentley are now looking forward to combining their knowledge, experience and passion for real estate with Greb Real Estate.

Born and raised in Paris, Texas, Bentley graduated from Paris High School in 2003. He was active in football, baseball and the swim team for the Paris Wildcats and was on the State Swim Team in 2002.

He was also involved in FFA, theatre, key club, Young Life Christian Athletes, and his local youth group at Central Presbyterian Church, becoming one of the youngest elders ordained in the church.

During high school, Bentley obtained his basics through Paris ISD’s dual credit program with Paris Junior College and Texas A&M Commerce, before he transferred to Cameron University in Lawton-Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

Studying Agricultural Business Management, minoring in business, Bentley graduated from Cameron University in 2008.

Whilst in his final year of college, Bentley graduated from Diamond Head School of Real Estate in Lawton-Fort Sill, Oklahoma in 2007, obtaining his Sales Associate Oklahoma License.

During that time, he worked for the VA Cartus program through USAA, helping military families relocate who were stationed in the area which then lead to international transactions.

In 2013, Bentley obtained his Oklahoma Brokers License before moving to Dallas and obtaining his Texas license in 2015.

Wanting to be closer to family, he moved back to Paris in 2016 where he has focused his efforts in real estate.
